Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Maher Bagh®. Should you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us at contact@maherbagh.com. Our dedicated Customer Experience team is committed to assisting you promptly.

Cancellations

Requests for cancellation must be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not feasible, as our service partners immediately initiate charges upon pickup completion.

Replacements

Please refrain from accepting parcels with tampered sealing tape.

Requests for replacement should be made within 5 days from the delivery date under the following circumstances:

Damaged/Incorrect Product Received

Kindly provide a picture of the delivered order and the invoice for our internal quality checks. We'll review your request within 24 hours and proceed with a replacement, subject to necessary internal checks.

Item Missing from Order

Attach an image of the invoice from the delivered parcel. We'll review your request within 24 hours and, upon necessary checks, proceed with a replacement.

Expired Product Received

Share a picture of the product indicating the expiry date along with the invoice. We'll review your request within 24 hours and, upon necessary checks, proceed with a replacement.

Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • To minimize our carbon footprint
  • Food and Beverage products may lose freshness during the return process

Conditions under which replacement/cancellation requests will not be accepted:

  • Requests generated after 5 days from the delivery date.
  • Reports of damaged/missing products made after 5 days from the delivery date.
  • Cancellation requests generated after 4 hours of order placement or after shipment.
  • Wrong products ordered by the customer.
